Gard Nilssen’s Supersonic Orchestra exploded onto the European jazz scene in 2019 and counts the very finest generational talents of Nordic jazz among its members. Three drummers, three bass players and a world-class horn section blow the vast majority of the field away.

The EP … And It’s Yours Forever is a kind of afterthought to the internationally acclaimed LP If You Listen Carefully the Music Is Yours (Odin, 2020), and the four tracks were recorded live during 2020-2023 like its predecessor. This is modern big band jazz with a deep social and musical conscience – the sound of a jazz family that knows how to include its many listeners in all their explosive power and musicality.
